clean room convenient location attentive housekeeping
the superior queen room two queen beds was clean the beds were comfortable. i found the location convenient with easy access to nearby amenities. i also appreciated the attentive housekeeping they kept the room tidy .
the gym equipment showed slight signs of wear.

unreliable lifts bathroom maintenance
The lifts were quite unreliable. Only one was operational for a full day. This caused long wait times and made moving around difficult. The bathroom had some maintenance issues too. Paint was peeling from the bathtub, and there was mold on the tile grout. Water temperature was hard to regulate. I could not get it hot or cold enough.

dark room limited outlets
The room felt quite dark. There was no central ceiling light, i had to rely on lamps! i also found it difficult to find an available power outlet. every outlet seemed to be in use by a lamp or some other device. i ended up having to charge my phone through the clock radio, and my partner used the bathroom outlet for their phone. A bit frustrating.
